Defeating Shame and Embarrassment

In the world of the Adult Baby, we can at times, feel quite embarrassed by what we do, what we feel and what we want. It is odd by general standards that society imposes. And often this embarrassment tips into full-on shame.

These negative emotions and experiences can damage us and hold us back from achieving and from enjoying who we are as adults and as babies.

This books seeks to help all adult babies have a better opinion of themselves and their deep desires to wear diapers and be babies. Ridding ourselves of shame and embarrassment doesn’t mean telling everyone about it or by wearing our baby clothes and diapers openly in public. It means being both true to who we are and accepting it and finally, enjoying it.
