We continue with the story of Charles and Samantha (aka Baby Wendy and Baby Ivy) on a routine mission in the Shuttle, Orion Observer from their mothership, the Ellipse. But things go wrong, and the shuttle makes a forced landing, better described as a crash landing, on a deserted planet that hasn’t even earned a name, just a catalogue number.
Knowing that it will be months before they are rescued, as no one knows where they are, the two adult babies fight off the elements and resource insecurity to build a life of sorts while they await help that may never come.
